A young boy once dreamed of making a meaningful difference in the world of construction. That dream, rooted in passion, discipline and commitment, became the foundation of Janeet Construction.

Meet Sutariya, our founder, was drawn not to the family diamond business but to blueprints and concrete. With an entrepreneurial spirit inherited from his father, he pursued Civil Engineering at Humber College in Canada, followed by hands-on experience at a leading construction firm.

Using tools like 5D project planning, we integrate design, schedule and cost into a unified model. This helps forecast challenges, reduce risk and optimize material and timeline efficiencies. ITERATE part allows us to iron out the creases that may arise.

L – Launch, Lead – LEVERAGE

With permits, drawings, and plans in place, we launch construction with strong site leadership, scheduling discipline and ongoing communication. Our project managers keep timelines tight and quality high. LEVERAGING the above four phases is the penultimate part of the process.
