The Healthy Life Physio & Wellness clinic, located at 2225 Markham Rd, Unit 107, Scarborough, ON M1B 2W4, is a 1,850 square-foot medical unit alteration project designed and constructed by Janeet Construction Inc. in collaboration with TWG Design. This design-build project was managed from the initial permit acquisition to the final handover, with all permit closures fully completed to ensure the project was in full compliance with local regulations.

As a medical facility, the project scope included building the space from the ground up, with Janeet Construction Inc. overseeing the entire construction process. This included framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall finishes, millwork, wallpaper installation, and signage, all completed according to the strict requirements of the Ontario Building Code.
Located at 2481 Taunton Rd #121, Oakville, ON L6H 3R7, the Chaska Indian Street Food restaurant is a 2,300 square-foot, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) project expertly constructed by Janeet Construction Inc. in close coordination with the franchisor to ensure that the design was faithfully followed. The goal was to create a vibrant dining experience that captures the authentic essence of a “Desi Dhabba” in India, providing customers with a nostalgic and immersive atmosphere.
With attention to detail and a commitment to quality, Janeet Construction Inc. ensured that this medical unit alteration was executed seamlessly, providing Healthy Life Physio & Wellness with a functional, modern, and serene space tailored to meet the needs of both the business and its patients.
