The scope of work for the project involved building the space from scratch, in full compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC). Our team managed everything, from constructing the kitchen to framing, drywall, painting, custom millwork, wallpaper installation, and signage, ensuring that every detail aligned with the franchisor’s specifications.
