Located at 2225 Markham Rd, Unit 104/105, Scarborough, ON M1B 2W4, the Aura Optical Clinic is a 1,100 square-foot medical unit alteration project expertly designed and constructed by Janeet Construction Inc. in collaboration with TWG Design. This design-build project was managed from the initial permit acquisition through to the final handover, including all necessary permit closures, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.

The project scope involved building the space from the ground up, with Janeet Construction Inc. overseeing all aspects of construction. The services provided included framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall finishes, custom millwork, wallpaper installation, and signage, all executed to meet the stringent requirements of the Ontario Building Code.
With a focus on creating a welcoming, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, TWG Design worked closely with Janeet Construction Inc. to craft a space that balances elegance with comfort. The clinic’s sophisticated ceiling design, vibrant painting, custom millwork, and beautiful flooring work together to create a peaceful and inviting atmosphere, promoting a positive experience for patients visiting the clinic.
